**About us** Purpose of this role**:
Oversee & develop transport subcontractor network to growth with DSC/DDT Business Development, work closely with BD/SD team to align TP solution & strategy to achieve the reasonable costing, sufficient capability of supply all the time, ensure TP subcontractor comply with DHL TP safety standard requirement. As well as be a project member to implement the business win with Project Implementation Team and Operation Team until go-live successful.

**Responsibilities**

- Ensure and follow Transport Safety Strategies, ensure subcontractor’s truck are complied with OSCPs and manage completion of safety training.
- Manage vendor management and compliance performance
- Review and update the weekly team performance report with Director of Vendor Management.
- Monitor the subcontractor actual performance with the plans
- Monitor and track the subcontractors compliance with company’s safety policies, guidelines, and operational process
- Set an improvement plan with subcontractor on a monthly basis if it is required
- Review & Negotiate transport specifications requirement and agreement terms to improve overall Transportation cost
- Lead difficult negotiation to resolve issue as win-win solution
- Business intelligence of key subcontractors in market in terms of cost, truck supply, service level, competitive advantage etc.
- Initiate cost saving project by sourcing/selecting suitable subcontractors, matching backhaul with existing account, improve utilization etc.
- Create connectivity of subcontractor’s network.
- Governance of Contract, ensure term & condition
- Truck supply commitment
- Deliverables and milestone achievement.
- Regular review Truck demand & supply, mitigate risk of short supply with proactive resolve it.
- Understand Transport subcontractor supply capability to growth.
- Promote telematics system installation for subcontractors.
- Align and support with policy.
- Monthly/Quarterly subcontractor performance review (KPI, Safety, and Supply).
- Operation issue management & resolve.
- Cultivate and maintain good working relationship in order to support their efforts in the best possible way, and ensure issues are addressed.
- Collaborate with BD, understand and design transport solution to gain new business win.
- Adhere to regulatory / policy requirement (OSCP, OTS, Disciplinary) compliance Manage and control that Transport Safety is complied with the laws, regulations.
- Initiate SRM program
- Be account level of Issue-Dispute management.

- 8 - 10 years experiences in 3 PL, Transport and logistics
- Knowledge in Transport Business (3PL), Contract Management with subcontractor / Commercial
- Understand cost structure
- Work efficiency and closely with line manager, peers and team to effectively to deliver result
- Leadership attribute, Can Do attitude, Leadership Management, Team Management, People Management, Conflict Management, Subcontractor Management
