Job Summary

Design, execute, and manage video products for AIS PLAY, focusing on UI/UX design, feature development, customer experience enhancement, and OTT integrations.

Job Description
- Lead the design and management of AIS PLAY's video products, including UI/UX improvements, new feature development, and OTT integrations
- Create prototypes and detailed product specifications
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to gather and prioritize product requirements
- Conduct user research and data analysis to drive product decisions
- Optimize digital experience performance, identifying areas for improvement and competitive advantages
- Recommend and implement strategies to enhance user experience
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in product management or similar role
- Proficiency in English communication
- Basic understanding of OTT platforms and streaming technologies
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the entertainment industry, particularly video streaming
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles
- Experience with video streaming or media platforms
