Company Site Representative (Operations)/ Company Site Representative (G1FSO)
Phase 1 : is required to work at the project site office and visit Contractor’s fabrication yard during construction phase from time to time. The job holder shall be coordinated with FSO Contractor for design review in term of operations and maintenance including procedures, instructions, and guidelines. He also reviews and approves changes to the original design in corporation with asset and corporate marine team. In addition, he supervises, review and coordinate with Marine Warranty Survey (MWS) for load out and sea-fastening of CALM Buoy prior to sail away to offshore installation.
Phase 2 : directly manage all technical & operational activities on assigned Floating Storage and Offloading Unit (G1FSO) as the person-in-charge onsite by overseeing day-to-day operation and maintenance activities, SSHE and personnel matters, fulfilling company’s contractual obligations and in compliance with the Company’s rules and regulations and interfacing with client’s onsite representative on operational matters The jobholder supervises for all crude oil receiving, storage and offloading, metering and tank cleaning operations to prevent production shortfall and support on receiving and reinjection of produced water from E2FSO.

- Being a member of the project team, accountable in all key performance areas: engineering, operation, maintenance, safety, quality, and schedule.
- Ensure operation assurance and operation excellence are being incorporated. Ensure operation and maintenance lesson learns are adopted for G1FSO project.
- Provide Operability and Maintainability input over the Project development and during EPCIC work to ensure that Operations and Maintenance requirements are incorporated into the facilities design.
- Ensure that operability and maintainability for both normal and abnormal operations, including pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and shutdown, and upset conditions are considered in the facilities design.
- Review and monitor Operations-related work performed by the contractors and subcontractors, ensuring that all work satisfies Company's specifications and standards.
- Ensure P&ID reviews, HAZID/HAZOP/Risk Assessment, Design reviews, and other necessary process reviews are adequately represented from the Operations and Maintenance perspective.
- Ensure that all technical, process safety and integrity management issues which related to Operations and Maintenance are properly addressed and an appropriate Management of Changes (MoC) procedure is in place to ensure design changes are managed correctly.

- Ensure Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, and Start-up requirements are identified and incorporated into the process design and execution strategy/schedule and properly functioning prior to FSO sail away for offshore installation.
- Ensure Operations & Maintenance Philosophy align with COMPANY existing operation and maintenance system.
- Ensure that necessary critical list of spare parts, consumables, and other necessary supply equipment to be provided prior handing over from project team to operation team.
- Ensure detailed operating and maintenance manual/procedure/guideline are provided prior entering operation phase.
- Ensure Bridging document are incorporated with Company’s specification and standards.
- Liaise with Project Manager and project engineering team on the matter regarding operations and maintenance, and to resolve any discrepancy which may be encountered during the project execution.

**Key Accountabilities 2**:

- Troubleshoot any problems occurred during construction/fabrication and pre-commissioning phases and provide solutions/ suggestion as appropriate.
- Ensure that all SSHE requirements are adhered to in accordance with Company’s standard and international best practices.
- Review the Project’s final documents to ensure that they are delivered as per requirement in project specification.
- Promote and ensure an effective implementation of SSHE rules & regulations and best engineering practice.
- Be able to travel to contractor yard or work site from time to time.

**Key Accountabilities 3**:

Phase 2 : Company Representative - Offshore Operations Phase
- Be a focal point of contact and work with FSO Contractor as front-line contract representative to form an effective working relationship, influencing and assessing FSO Contractor where necessary, and supporting where appropriate.
