- งานประจำ- 2 - 4 ปี- กทม. (ห้วยขวาง)- ปริญญาตรี- Competitive- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- 1. Responsible for providing quality claim services to the customers to ensure quality Non Motor claims handing.- 2. Co-operate overall Non Motor claims activities and ensure that all outstanding claims are PA & Health reserved.- 3. Ensure the claim operations in accordance with company policy, procedure to achieve high level of service standard.- 4. Review and verify related document prepared by claims staff to ensure accuracy of information, quality of claims handling, customer service, reserving, cost control and data inputs.- 5. Adjust reserves and provide reserve recommendations to ensure reserving activities consistent with corporate policies.- 6. Enter claim payments reserves and new claims on computer system, inputting concise yet sufficient file documentation.- 7. Identify areas for operational improvements and controls to improve internal and external customers.- 8. Negotiate claim settlements and recommend litigation when settlement cannot be negotiated.- 9. Write denial letters, Reservation of Rights and other correspondence.- 10. Prepare report of findings of investigation.- 11. Perform duties as assigned.- คุณสมบัติ
- Minimum of Bachelor degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in insurance or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in property claims function.
- Good command of communication in English.
- Knowledge in insurance.
