- Position Overview: The Media Planner and Optimizer works within the marketing department to plan, execute, and refine media campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of media channels, audience targeting, and performance analytics to drive effective media spending and achieve high ROI.
- Media Strategy Development: - Develop comprehensive media plans that align with the overall marketing strategy.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and media consumption habits.
- Evaluate and select the most effective media channels for campaign delivery.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: - Create detailed media schedules and budgets for campaigns.
- Coordinate with creative teams to ensure that media content aligns with brand messaging and objectives. - Negotiate and purchase media space across various platforms.
- Optimization and Performance Analysis: - Monitor and analyze the performance of media campaigns using analytics tools.
- Optimize media plans in real-time to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics like reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Collaboration and Coordination: - Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, creative) and external partners (e.g., media vendors, agencies).
- Ensure consistent communication and alignment across all parties involved in media planning and execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and negotiate favorable terms. 5. Market and Trend Analysis: -Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new media opportunities, and competitive landscape. Conduct post
