**Some of the things we’d like you to do**:

- Manage and develop team members, including their successful induction into the

team, the continual assessment of their needs, the delivery of training, and

development of their Advertising Operations career.
- Support the recruitment of Advertising Operations resources; help manage and

motivate the team on a day-to-day basis; ensuring appropriate resource allocation

across clients, efficient workflow and flawless output
- Serves as a key escalation point or project lead (if required) for both internal and

external stakeholder for clients and campaigns matters relating to Ad Operations such

as;
- Supporting the team in their daily campaign monitoring efforts to ensure

campaigns are running as expected, providing optimization recommendations

and escalating to third parties when appropriate.
- Supporting in the evaluation of workflows and processes in order to streamline

cross team functions while keeping us organised and efficient.
- Supporting the development, implementation and management of Ad

Operation standards and best practices across regional/ local teams in APAC.
- Supporting the project management of creative specification requirements

and digital asset delivery; coordinating timelines and leading communications

with our agency partners.
- Maintain a high quality standard for the Ad Operations department to ensure 100%

operational accuracy.
- Leading the Ad Operations account audit consulting service component on a client to

client basis.
- Constantly seek new opportunities to drive added value through efficiency for clients

while protecting their investment.
- Execute class-leading campaign tracking implementation strategies through Tag

Management Systems as well as creating bespoke tracking code for complex mapping

when necessary.
- Serve as a strategic partner for interdepartmental questions; attend internal meetings

providing updates or consultation as needed.
- Present in internal team meetings and participate in client meetings.
- Support team leadership in the continual assessment of ad tech platforms and tools;
and help lead in testing of different products, including client recommendations,

implementations and consulting.
- Project manage and drive ownership of internal initiatives.
- Support client deliverables and projects on an ad-hoc basis.
- Act as an ambassador of ad operations across the agency. Train new starters and

continually educate teams on recent developments; building advocacy across the

agency.

What does AdOps do on a day-to-day basis
- Training and thought leadership on the Ad Serving and tracking technology we use
- We train teams on the consistent use of ad servers, site analytics tools, MMPs,

tag managers.
- We provide POVs on platform updates
- We use an adserver CM360 to setup campaigns and generate ad tags
- QA of Creatives, Landing pages and ad Tags
- Functionality/Strategy Consulting
- Advice on campaign structure, landing page structure, creative build, tracking

and targeting
- Audit of existing floodlights
- Integrating Test plans/Learning agenda into campaigns. For e.g. reviewing a

client’s data collection efficacy and advising on improvements for better and

more accurate creative
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Working with publishers on creative problems or discrepancies, e.g. ensuring

publishers can successfully deliver certain creative formats and have mínimal

data discrepancies with ad server metrics.
- Data Integrity
- Taxonomy design, implementation and adherence reporting.
- Ensure Data from sources like Facebook, Twitter and CM is correct with IO

spend, impressions, clicks. Teams acquire a detailed understanding of data

flows, allowing them to troubleshoot any campaign issues and system bugs

that may interfere with data accuracy.
- Data Enablement and Tracking
- Testing and Enabling Device ID and User Agent on mobile partners for

Scrutineer and Audience Segmentation.
- Ensuring 3rd party tracking can be set up correctly on bespoke briefs, to

ensure we capture data that plays a crucial role in conversion and campaign

success measurement
- Quality Measurement
- Run daily campaign health checks (EKG)
- Design and run a variety of global dashboards for measurement and

campaign QA purposes
- Hygiene: Brand Safety & Viewability
- Ensuring that our campaign ads run on valid and high quality sites.
- We also have controls in place to ensure our ads appear against appropriate

and safe content

What are some of the projects that AdOps takes on
- Tagging Requests
- We identify data points available for measurement and assist in

implementation of tags on websites. If there is additional information we

would like to collect, we work with clients and internal teams to implement

this and maximise consumer/campaign learning.
- Creative Strategy and Measurement
- We also part take and help support campaign success by providing specialist

understanding of the digital ecosy
