Building Service Assistant/manager

**Responsibilities**
- Monitoring the delivery of all services to ensure they meet the agreed delivery levels for the client and tenants in the building.
- Ensuring optimum satisfaction of all occupiers of the Facilities.
- Inspecting and following up on all works which the Building Manager assigns.
- Inspecting all cleaning works and setting a plan for further improvement.
- Comparing and checking the price of building equipment and tools, etc. for the Building Manager.
- Inspecting and maintaining all building assets.
- Inspecting all security operations and security guards.
- Inspecting and coordinating with fit-out contractors operating in the Facilities.
- Coordinating all security issues with the government section and public section.
- Setting a security training system and monitoring the delivery of service.
- Coordinating with the insurance company.
- Writing incident reports of any universal incidents for clients and Building Managers.
- Concluding all security matters in the building.
- Preparing monthly reports on cleaning and security performance.
- Keeping and finding visitors’ missing items in the building.
- Controlling key and record all usage.
- Inspecting and reporting storage conditions.
- Setting a meeting with the security contractor and cleaning contractor every month.
- Receiving and follow-up complaints about cleaning from the occupier.
- Checking and controlling all consumable materials from clients and sub-contractors.
- Generating and monitoring the fit-out contractor rules and regulations for all visiting contractors.
- Assisting the Building Manager to follow-up Facilities Operation matters.
- Setting up and monitoring parking system and internal traffic flow.
**Qualifications**
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in related field.
- Atleast 1-3 years of experience in the role of building management.
- Available to work in shifts.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have superior customer service skills.
- Has good listening and negotiating skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and have good scheduling skills.
- Must be proficient at safely using tools associated with the job.
- Has knowledge of building codes and safety standards as set forth by the state and federal governments.
