- Department: eCommerce Platform- Location: Thailand- Lead, develop, and maintain consumer financial product from end-to-end, ensuring that all targets are achieved.
- Ideate and implement strategies for operational procedures and policies for consumer financial product operations, and continually review and improve on these on an on-going basis.
- Identifying opportunities in consumer lending business to improve customer experiences and prepare for the future growth.
- Work cross functionally with teams including Product, Legal, Business Intelligence and other internal teams to manage operation.
- Analyze the effectiveness of consumer financial product operation, based on pre-determined KPIs, and produce reports, decks and high-level insights for management presentations.

**Job Requirements**

Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, finance, economics, or other relevant qualifications.
- 5+ years of experiences in banking or fintech industry.
- Experience with financial products, including loans and/or credit product features is a must.
- Strong business senses and negotiation skills.
- Able to build trust as well as maintain good relationship with partners.
- Have good manners, strong ownership, commitment, accountability, and responsibility.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Thai.
- Proactive, self-starter and self-learner.
- Result-oriented with can-do attitude and growth mindset.
