- ** Job Description**:
- Responsible for the level of sales in an area, route or group of clients according to company sales policy, engaged in sales & marketing promotion including supplying products to clients in order to increase market share or list of customer accounts to achieve significant sales targets.
- Pursue sales leads; visit existing and new customers who may be of strategic importance to the organization
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
- Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets
- Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
- Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands
- Develop new and potential business, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing and distribution sales strategies.
- Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and priorities and schedule own activities so these targets are met.
- Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and accounts and monitor and adapt sales activities so that these objectives are met
- Coordinate with subsidiaries companies to serve the requirement of overseas customers
- Create sales and marketing promotion to enhance sales opportunity in market and encourage our products to be well known to customer
- **Requirement**:
- Male / Female Age 28-33
- Bachelor Degree in Food science, Biotechnology, and related field
- Strong experience at 5 years up in Sales both domestics and oversea market of food additive, food industry and familiar with trading business
- Having some experience in Research & Development job and understanding the task of food production flow would be advantage /preferable.
- Having knowledge of quality system such as ISO9001:2015, GMP & HACCP, FSSC, ISO/TS22002, Halal would be advantage.
- Having some expertise or knowledge in Health/Functional Ingredients would be preferable.
- Fluency in English language, Microsoft Office. The ability and desire to sell
- Excellent communication skills,
- A positive & confident and determined approach
- The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
- A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
- A good level of numeracy
- The capability to flourish in a competitive environment
- A full driving license

- BONUS around 3-3.5 months

- Diligence Allowance (300/600/1000 THB per month)

- Provident Fund 3-15% depends on service year
- Company provide car for visit client but if CDD go to visit client by themselves client will pay gasoline allowance 7 thb/km

**Working day : Monday - Friday : 08.30 - 17.30 hours. It may vary widely according to the field in which you operate; may work from an office base, or office at home or use hotels as your office. Periodically travel to upcountry
