We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Accounting and Administrative Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Accounting team, managing the full set of accounting functions, and ensuring accurate and timely month-end closing and financial reporting. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in handling administrative tasks such as office management, and payroll, and providing support to the HR team.

**Responsibilities**
- ** Accounting Oversight**
- Managing and leading the Accounting team in executing day-to-day accounting operations.
- Overseeing the full set of accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Conducting regular reviews of financial data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- **Month-End Closing and Financial Reporting**
- Coordinating and executing month-end closing procedures in a timely and efficient manner.
- Preparing and analyzing financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- Collaborating with other departments to gather necessary information for financial reporting.
- **Administrative Responsibilities**
- Managing office operations and administrative functions to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Overseeing payroll processing and ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of salaries.
- Supporting the HR team in various tasks, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance.
- **Compliance and Regulation**
- Staying updated on relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall organizational efficiency.
- Providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting leadership roles with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- A good command of English communication is a must.
