**Overall responsibilities and duties**:
The role of HR Business Partner - Operations will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR team and business leaders with data-driven insights to optimize talent management, employee engagement, union management and organizational performance. **The main missions of the role are**:

- Responsible for a full life cycle of Human Resources Business partners, compliance with labor laws & regulations, and corporate policy, including all HR practices for the company.
- Implement HR strategies, policies, systems, and processes by working closely with all function heads and assisting line managers to understand all policies and procedures.
- ** Provide advice and conduct relating to labor and welfare matters to Union and all employees along with supervising all company’s regulation.**:

- ** Manage employee relations and collaborate with unions and involve negotiations, conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and agreements**:

- ** Arrange the meeting with the Union, prepare reports and follow up.**:

- ** Manage and support of employee’s disciplinary proceeding.**:

- Responsible for the Employee Relation program, implement employee relations strategy and administrates the good relationship with employees.
- Keep a good working environment and employee engagement being responsive and supportive
- Implement HR initiatives and specific projects assigned
- Prepare relevant reports for the management such as Head Count and cost analysis
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR data, and generate reports as required
- Be a partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business
- Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals
- Performance management guidance to line managers includes planning for career development, coaching, counselling, disciplinary matters
- Works closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention in a wider and bigger departments and responsibilities
- Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
- Lead core HR processes across products (performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions).
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development
- Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and learning & development
- Handle complex or sensitive day to day associate management issues
- Analyze of employee report and summarizing data (e.g., HR KPI, Head Count, Compensation, and salary) guide decision making and provide proactive solution to management team
- Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- ** Support other roles, projects, and operational issues within HR team as required.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum education level**: Bachelor's degree in political science, Law, Human resource, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, or related fields
- ** Experience**:Minimum 5 years’ experience in Employee Relations, Business partnering function within an industrial environment
- Experience and knowledge in Union management and labour law
- Strong knowledge of labor law
- Has experience and background in automotive manufacturing
- ** Skills & Competencies**:
- Good communicate and collaborate with cross functional, and good team player
- Result oriented and able to work independent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
