- Department: Commercial- Location: Thailand- Team and Role Introduction:
**Responsibilities**:
- Define Flash Sales key actions by understanding markets, competitions, and e-commerce nature
- Manage team operation tasks and work collaboratively with other functions especially Category and Strategy & Planning team to plan strategy that meet business needs
- Strong coordination with product team for system development E2E process for support local execution and customer journey
- Combining business analytics and stakeholder management to help organization to make more data-driven decision
- Support category team on different initiatives and responsible to ad-hoc requests

**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or above
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, product management or market research
- Minimum 1 year of experience in team management
- Familiar with data reading and performance analysis
- Good at communication and coordination of cross functional teams
- Attention to detail & ability to spot inefficiency is a plus
- Proficient in English and Thai language,
- Fluent in Chinese and having experience for Project management is a plus
