Supply Planner, Team Lead for Lubricant Product

Job Description:
Our esteemed client is an international leader in the lubricant industry, boasting a renowned brand that has garnered significant recognition within the Thai market. Presently, they are in search of a capable individual for the position of **"**Supply Planner, Team Lead for Lubricant Product"
- Collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including Sales Business Unit, Trading, Pricing, and Demand Forecasting teams, to formulate the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for a 1 up to 3 Month Horizon. The goal is to align and create optimal Crude to Customer (C2C) value.
- Supervise the sourcing of volumes from HQ and third-party sources (3P) with the objective of maximizing value and establishing a sustainable long-term Netback value.
- Source and skillfully negotiate contracts, optimizing terms and value while nurturing strong relationships with suppliers. This effort ensures the consistent and timely delivery of products.
- Establish robust Hospitality Deals (Swap Agreements) to enhance supply reliability and security.
- Evaluate performance metrics to identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Mitigate risks and uphold the integrity of a resilient supplier base.
- Collaborate closely with SPRC for production matters and with the Scheduling Operations team for efficient distribution and optimized Cost to Serve (CTS).
- Proactively anticipate and address potential fuel supply issues and concerns.
- Remain attentive and informed about pertinent regulations and compliance requirements related to the fuel business, including mandatory reserve stock regulations.
- Foster collaborative relationships with external stakeholders to gain alignment and focus on matters pertaining to Fuel Supply.
- Conduct thorough value chain assessments and share opportunities and insights with cross-functional teams, encompassing plans, assumptions, and sensitivities.
- Leverage supply chain and value chain management tools, along with data analytics, to closely monitor performance, identify improvement areas, and uncover opportunities.
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations to the Commercial Team Lead for both the Short-Term and Mid-Term Horizons. Collaborate closely with the Commercial Team Lead to formulate strategic decisions and strategies.

**Qualification**
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of direct experience in Supply chain management for Lubricant, Petrochemical.
- Substantial relevant experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or operations management, with demonstrated leadership experience or prior team lead roles.
- Supply Chain & Petroleum Knowledge: Profound understanding of supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, sourcing, coupled with a solid grasp of the Petroleum Business.
- Strong negotiation skills along with the ability to foster enduring partnerships.
- Essential data analysis capability to interpret trends and drive data-based decisions, particularly crucial for a Lead Supply Planner.
- Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven leadership competence, including motivating and guiding teams, performance management, and championing continuous improvement in supply chain and value chain processes.
- Proficiency in identifying challenges, proposing solutions, and implementing corrective actions for intricate issues.
- Resilience to manage evolving situations and adjust plans accordingly, given the dynamic nature of the role
