Business Development Executive

Job Description:
Our client is one of the world's leading lubricant traders and is widely recognized in the industry. They are looking for a talented business development executive.
The role will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of high-quality lubricant products to a diverse customer base.
- Target and engage potential customers in the designated area to create new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to comprehend customer preferences, needs, and competitors' actions.
- Present and market our lubricant products to customers, emphasizing their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline through active lead prospecting and qualification.
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals and maximize revenue.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to secure profitable deals.
- Cultivate and sustain enduring relationships with customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the assigned territory, including market trends, customer profiles, and potential growth areas.
- Prioritize and plan sales activities to optimize productivity and meet sales objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient product delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records, including customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates, utilizing the company's CRM system.
- Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and product knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness and remain competitive.
**Qualification**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with a proven track record of success in lubricant sales or a similar field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with customers and negotiate.
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and adept at both independent and team-oriented work.
- Strong business acumen with a keen understanding of market dynamics.
- Adaptable to changing market conditions and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Technical knowledge of lubricants and related products would be advantageous.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to identify growth opportunities and ensure customer retention.
