Lubricants Sales Manager

Chevron is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Lubricants Sales Manager to oversee our lubricants sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals.
You will work closely with our existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in the lubricants industry.
This position is located in Bangkok, Thailand.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, distributors, and partnerships.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry influencers.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.- Stay updated with industry regulations, product knowledge, and market trends.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.- In-depth knowledge of the lubricants industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs.- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.- Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving growth.- Willingness to travel as required.
