Fully oversee and be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Property Management (PM) team, including leading all managerial, administrative, and legal matters.
Ensure the PM team operates in a timely, professional and efficient manner.
Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships between team members; including directing, training, coaching and supporting.
Maintain good tenant relations, proactively contacting tenants concerning their tenancy.
Maintain complete and accurate PM files and records.
Design and implement KPIs and guidelines/regulations of the department.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective tenancy management strategies.
Take ownership of the recruitment and retention activities of subordinates.
Ensure the team are always focused on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications.
At least 5 years experience in customer service with at least 3 years in management role.
Previous experience in residential property management is ideal, but not required.
Proficient budgeting skills with demonstrated success at working within a budgetary framework.
Track record of maintaining high professionalism, high team productivity, and low delinquency.
Champion and reinforce exceptional ethical standards through leading by example and create a culture of professionalism, honesty and integrity.
Sufficient understanding of residential rental/sale processes and property laws is desirable.
Excellent skills in Excel and team management.
Must have excellent written and spoken English and Thai skills.
Decisive and result-oriented leader with a high sense of urgency.
Strong impulse to master challenges and reach a high standard of operational excellence.
