SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Improve the overall market position and competitiveness of assigned segment, concept, brand, product or solutions portfolio by building in-depth knowledge and understanding of the customer needs, requirements and the market situation, leading to achieve profitable growth and materializing innovations solving customer needs in accordance with segment and category strategies/budget.

This position will be reported to Marketing Manager. And will be based in Samutprakarn.

Responsibilities:
- Initiate and implement campaigns, launches, innovations, or similar based on market analysis, competitor monitoring, and customer insight within assigned areas of responsibility.- Drive segment, category, brand, product, or solution performance and leverage business potential through projects and processes in cooperation with other functions- Ensure the necessary marketing vehicles (products, systems, and marketing material) are in place.- Generate marketing deliverables (insight, business case, key selling arguments, and communication package)- Drive the Category innovation strategy by identifying consumer insights and preparing Innovation concepts in cooperation with the Innovation Manager.- Responsible for growing category and brand with support from the region, local sales, technical, supply chain, and customer network to achieve agreed financial results and market share.- Develop and maintain local assortment and identify market needs, closely coordinate with different functions to increase market shares and profitability.- Coordinate and assist in devising the strategies, plan, budget, etc., in order to achieve the company’s objectives and targets.- Responsible for new product launches and implementations by working closely with local and regional marketing teams in order to drive the success of new innovations.- Develop and implement proper pricing and product management strategies by analyzing market information and working closely with the Sales team in order to increase sales and market share in the responsible geographical area.- Being able to match Jotun's product portfolio to our target markets, identifying the gaps, and deciding on corrective action or products needed, matching these needs with correct innovations.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, Advertising and Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum 4- 6 years experienced in Brand Marketing, new product development, brand communications
- Strong business acumen and analytical
- Strong Communication skill & able to maintain a good relationship with internal & external contacts.
- Good in written & spoken English and Computer Literacy.
- Personal Qualities- Acts on own initiative, makes things happen and accepts responsibility for the results.
- Identifies and seizes commercial opportunities; has a strong positive impact on business growth and profitability.
- Builds a useful network of contacts and relationships and utilizes it to achieve objectives.
- Adheres to company rules and procedures; executes plans with commitment and determination; achieves high quality results.
- Uses a methodical and systematic approach; plans ahead, defines clear priorities and allocates resources effectively.
- Communicates in a clear, precise and structured way; speaks with authority and conviction; presents effectively.
