Job Summary Responsible for installation order management,review
and create customer profile, make appointment with customer and assign technicians, follow up and tracking installation work.
Job Description Roles & Responses Review and create customer profiles within the SLA.
Call to make appointments with customers and assign work to technicians.
Check and follow up with technicians to ensure they arrive on time.
Check and contact the technician to close the work within the SLA.
Coordinate with relevant departments regarding installation appointments Find a solution to successfully complete the installation for the customer.
Offer a special promotion to customers who want to cancel the installation.
Qualifications Age not over 23-30 years old.
Bachelor in Business Administration, Business Computer, IT
Experience 0-.2 years in Customer Service
