Accounting & Admin Assistant Manager

- ** Job Description**:
- Managing all financial and accounting functions, including accounting and financial management, P&L statements, balance sheets, tax planning, and financial reporting.
- Manage accounting and HR documents (Tax, Payroll)
- Review account receivable - payable (Checking and confirm voucher PV,RV,TR,JV and post to GL)
- Manage Cash Flow report
- Prepare financial statement (monthly, yearly)
- Manage Account/Bank Reconciliation and Petty Cash
- Prepare WHT PND 1 only salary
- Prepare Tax Reconciliation Report (submit to Tax Dept/ Local Gov't)
- Manage Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Closed Financial Statement and Cash Flow (Internal and Consolidate)
- Coordinate with HQ in Hongkong for preparing financial report and other tasks
- Monitoring Monthly, Mid-Yearly, Yearly Closed Stock Balance
- Review Quarterly Japan Package
- Handle HR Documents, Salary, Personal Income Tax, Social Insurance
- Make request approval form for borrow loan/repayment
- Record data loan in Account system
- Confirm all invoices post to our account system
- Checking and confirm all voucher post to account system
- Recheck State of Account report
- Recheck Interco report
- Prepare PND 50, 51
- Fix Assets report
- Headcount report
- Other tasks as assigned
- ** Requirement**:
- 【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related disciplines
- Having CPD license
- At least 2 years of working experience as management level
- Overall accounting experience including closing tasks
- Good command in English
