Secretary/ Personal Assistant

Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Provision of all aspects of diary management
- Facilitating the smooth execution of all meetings
- Responsible for day to day running of the MD
- Building relationships and liaising with other departments and individuals in the APEC teams as required, ensuring execution of the above responsibilities
- Collate inputs, reports from various functions to prepare consolidated reports and presentation slides
- Assist in organising company-wide events such as Charity Day

- Able to work well at a fast pace and under pressure when required
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position providing executive level support
- Good command in English
- Communicates effectively and efficiently to internal and external stakeholders
- Build relationships and networks with both internally and externally wherever possible
- Demonstrates strong customer focus
- Demonstrates ability to work effectively with others
- Constructively handles disagreements to reach a resolution
- Ability to work with diverse groups/ personalities
**Skills**:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint
