Purchasing Coordinator

We are looking for a Purchasing Coordinator (2-year contract). You will also contribute to manage Procurement and Administration activities to support other functions in defined areas according to company’s policy.
This position will be based in Laem Chabang, Chonburi and report to Manager, Indirect Procurement & Facility Management, Asia Pacific
You are responsible for- Handling inquiry from user with collecting all needed information for purchasing process.- Source, select and negotiable for the best condition in terms of quality, price, delivery and services with suppliers/ subcontractors.- Follow up the quotation and cooperation with user for specification.- Issue Purchase Order to suppliers, monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers and related departments to ensure that all items are delivered on time.- To maintain up-to-date item data in system to ensure immediate and accurate access to information.- Verify correctly in Purchase Order, Supplier Invoice or other document and solve problem before summarized to account department for account payable function.- Support administration team for general office administration work- Responsible in documentation related to expense, transportation and accommodation booking and others related to Administration activities.- Assist basic Accounting of general expenses, AR and AP including any reimbursement regarding company policy.- Administrating company provision or facility e.g. car, maids supervision, visitor, meeting arrangement, call, facsimile, mailing & courier and etc.- Performing other related tasks assigned by superior or management
To succeed in this role- Bachelor’s Degree in any Business Administration or related fields.- 1-3 years of experience in Purchasing and Administration.- Knowledge in English.- Knowledge in MS office/ ERP System- Be service minded and mature, with pleasant personality and organizational skills
