Our client is one of global luxury jewelry retailer. They are actively looking for **_Client Manager _**to support the business.

**Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities**
- Achieve and exceed commercial action plan and annual target by enacting expert consultative selling skills, consistently closing high end, complex sales, participating in Regional and Global selling events.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high net-worth clients in the luxury fashion industry.
- Provide a personalized shopping experience by understanding the client's needs and preferences and making recommendations accordingly.
- Research and assess market opportunities to develop and prospect new business by expanding the network, attending internal and external events.
- Build, understand and know your client portfolio list, execute client discovery to deepen the trust held by clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with sales teams and other departments to ensure the highest level of service is provided to clients.
- Proactively identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and increase sales.
- Represent the brand and maintain a professional image at all times.
- Share expertise and knowledge with other client advisors to support HJ sales (as needed).
- Provide technical knowledge and expertise in store and at events to elevate client experience.

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- 10+ years of luxury industry experience. Preferably in high jewelry.
- Solid knowledge base on gemstone, jewelry and timepieces
- Driven, energetic and independent. Thrives in meeting new people
- Fluent in English & Thai, ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office, computer knowledge
