This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

**Manufacturing Plant**: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

**R&D Center**: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

**Job Description**:
**A. Logistics Planning**
- Direct, manage and optimize all resources connected to the planning process with the goal of achieving mínimal total costs and meet customer requirements within a high complexity plant operation.
- Direct and control the design of information flows, incl. master data and logistics processes related to planning logistics within a high complexity plant operation
- Coordinate and balance conflicting interests arising within inventory management, material management, sales scheduling, and demand planning process with internal / external stakeholders within a high complexity plant operation
- Drive continuous improvement and collaborate with regional logistics to consistently increase logistics performance
- Responsible for controlling all planning logistics processes, ensuring high efficiency in inventory management, material management, production planning, sales scheduling, and demand planning by using the standardized
- key Performance Indicators
- Involvement in inter-departmental workgroups and projects for the coordination and optimization of SOP and EOP, carrying out day-to-day tasks related to new products and others
- Involvement in logistics agreements with customers & suppliers in cooperation with those responsible
- Participation in global strategic projects and facilitate pilot projects
- Cross-plant responsibility regarding logistics planning tasks
- Leading of intercultural teams

**B. Project Management**
- Supervise and execute the management of high complexity logistics projects from technical and organizational perspective along the supply chain and product lifecycle, incl. corporate processes defining, planning, coordinating, and monitoring of high complexity projects for the area of responsibility incl. responsibility for internal and external personnel capacity planning
- Determine and continuously monitor the success of projects in terms of time, budget and output quality and driving execution of defined actions
- Negotiate general logistics conditions with suppliers, service providers and customers (e.g. JIT/JIS processes, turnaround periods, packaging)
- Coordinate all ongoing projects and activities with relevant business processes owners and functions, incl corporate.
- Execution of problem solving and escalation for occurring deviations

**C. Leadership**
- Deploying employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure. Instructing and supporting employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill the tasks
- Guiding, instructing, and supporting employees in function-related tasks
- Participating in hiring process and responsible to sustain the team performance and evaluation as well as qualification demands

- University Degree

**Qualifications**:

- Job related experience more than 6 to 7 years
- Supervisor and management skill, team management experience 3~5 years
- Strong data sense and good analytical skill
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, collaborating and influencing across different cross-functional teams
- Result oriented and clear mindset of deadline
- Excellent customer focus and interaction with risk control under business compliance.
