Job Description
Control and monitor the performance of In house or Outsource teams.
Closely monitoring to number of calls and promises kept on payment and also monitor the result of field collector
Provide training material and train to In house or Outsource collectors
Provide some advice and suggestions to the collector
Propose the solution to the supervisor of Outsource Agent to have a good collection ratio
Coordinate with concerned parties
Other jobs as per the assignment
Requirement
At least Bachelor’s degree in any fields
At least 5 year experiences in related field such as collection, customer support, etc.
At least 3 year experience in supervision level
Computer literature in Microsoft Office
Able to work under high pressure, High EQ
Logical thinking with “Can do” attitude
Strong leadership and motivation skill
Able to handle aggressive customer, lead to the negotiation to success
Good negotiation,convincing skills and decision making
Timely manner and good ethical
