- Developing and implementing long term sales strategy, growth aDeveloping and implementing long term sales strategy, growth, and margins targets with ensuring
- appropriate resources and processes are in place to meet the business objectives.
- Developing marketing plan based on the set Annual sales target, profit margin and target growth.
- Setting the annual operating plan for designated market in collaboration with internal and external parties to achieve target.
- Encourage, supervise and provide leadership to team's members.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Co-lead, support, and execute consistent value-added customer interactions.
- Other duties as management assigned.
- Manage work to achieve sales turn over as specified. Included in the sale budget
- Promote and create corporate culture for be strong and support business growth in ASEAN market (Especially local market)
- Communicate strategy and results and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Co-lead, support, and execute consistent value-added customer interactions.
- Educate team members
- Follow up, measure performance and report to Sales General Manager / Sales director.
- Prepare status reports and sales achieve rate for the Top management.

- Male or female, aged 32-45 years old
- Bachelor Degree Marketing / Business Administration, packaging technology / General Science Any related fields
- Experience at least 10 years in film Packaging (Shrinkable film, Plastic)
- Knowledge and understanding of business and Company business competition
- Knowledge of the company's products and services
- Knowledge of financial and accounting systems, Company budget
