SwipeRx is the number one app for pharmacies across Southeast Asia. Today, SwipeRx connects over 245,000 pharmacy professionals from 45,000 pharmacies which reach more than 150 million patients every month. 1 in every 3 licensed pharmacists across Southeast Asia use SwipeRx to access online education and training, access industry information, and procure their inventory through our B2B e-commerce platform.

To support our mission, SwipeRx is now looking for a **Pharmacy Community and Business Development Executive. **We need a highly ambitious and dynamic individual who has the drive to excel. At SwipeRx, people who take initiative and ownership are rewarded significantly.

**Your Role**:
This role requires extreme flexibility and ability to manage many tasks simultaneously.

**SwipeRx Thailand Community Management**

**Responsibility**:
Community Management
- Oversee and manage all of SwipeRx Thailand’s in-app and social media accounts.
- Develop, execute and monitor monthly and weekly engagement campaigns with our Marketing and Creative teams geared for community growth.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with pharmaceutical associations.
- Seek opportunities to grow the community with both offline (booth) and online strategy.
- Manage all SwipeRx's online channels (LINE, Facebook page, SwipeRx app).

Project Management
- When required, deliver successful project implementation by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of required deliverables.
- Manage weekly project reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct an evaluation of the project and provide recommendations.

Business Development
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Develop and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- Work with a team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Host client webinars and other engagements.

**Requirement**:

- Pharmacy background with at least 2 years of digital community building and business development or related experience.
- Analytically driven to track key performance metrics on a consistent basis.
- Active in English (Spoken & Written)
- Excellent communication skills, ability to clearly communicate to top management and other departments.
- Interest in mobile technology; ideally, you have a keen interest in the startup world.
- Ability to work independently on a weekly calendar with our teams.
