Descriptions:

- Install and configure, diagnosis, troubleshoot and log recording of computer system incidents including guidance user and provide preventive solution to ensure that all systems operate smoothly.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems to ensure continuity of service and strong security controls follow the principles of confidentiality, integrity, availability are in line with best practice.
- Develop, maintain and guidance Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to internal users to reduce risk form human error and lean operating processes.
- Participate in the evolution of company level best practices, standards, and policies as it related to computer system.
