Our clients provide a comprehensive range shipping, logistics and distribution service from ship agency to air and sea freight, project logistics, oil & gas support, customs clearance, 3PL and warehousing.

Currently, they are looking for an Airfreight Manager.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage airfreight customer service and operational team.
- Delegates tasks, duties, and responsibilities to the subordinates.
- Oversee the booking order handling - free hand and routing.
- Oversee the data input for GAC freight.
- Resolve any arising problem or conflict in the course of running the daily air freight customer services.
- Interact with customer and overseas partner/agent.
- Handling the job status report to customer.
- Handling the inquiry of basis rate.
- Rate negotiation with airline / co-loader.
- Interact with carrier/ co-loader.
- Building relationship with airline and key customer.
- Oversee the work of the subordinates and ensure proper documentation and procedure are being prepared and carried out.
- Project cargo handling.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction & feedback.
- Other duties, as assigned by General Manager, Logistics / Managing Director.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience in management Logistics and Freight Forwarder.
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Well developed communication, leadership, people, and problem solving skills.
- Customer focused/Solution oriented.
- Ability to demonstrate fresh thinking and creativity
- Compose & work well under tight deadlines, schedules, and pressure.
- Enjoy building & developing relationship with both prospects and customers.
- With own car and valid driving license.
