Front Office Manager

**Job Description**:
- Responsible for the entire operation, staffing and equipment of the Front Office.
- Conforms to equipment policies and procedures & rules and regulations as laid down by ACCOR and MGallery Hotel Collection branding order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.
- Prepares the annual capital and operating budgets for the department in conjunction with the General Manager.
- Handles and resolves all guest queries and complaints in an efficient manner and to establish an amicable relationship with all clients and guests of the Hotel.
Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Front Office Management position with international hotel chain.
- Possess positive orientation, communication, relationship and management skills.
- Strong in analytical, problem-solving skills, and execution of work.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Proficient in OPERA system.
- Ability to work under pressure with abilities to maintain pleasant personality.
