**Job Description: AR Accountant - (Full-time)**

**Key responsibilities**
You will support the Accounting Manager and team to ensure that operation run smoothly, and your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Manage full Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, daily operations, and month-end closing.
- Maintain customer records and ensure timely, accurate billing.
- Post daily bank transactions, update cash flow, and track receivables.
- Monitor AR balances to reduce aged items and document follow-ups.
- Ensure timely revenue and stock movement records.
- Handle month-end closing, including accruals and journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly schedules.
- Coordinate intercompany activities and assist with tax filings (PP30).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Support ad-hoc tasks, including new process and system implementations.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field.
- 2+ years of financial experience; accounting firm background is a plus.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. Take initiative to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude, able to work independently and in a team.
- Strong communication skills and business integrity.
- Knowledge of local tax (VAT) regulations.
- Familiarity with iBiz software and experience in our operating locations is an advantage.
