Job Functions:

- Coordinate with relevant parties for manage daily outbound shipment.
- Initiative solution and suggest new methodologies for Air Export and Supply Chain Management Processing that would benefit to the team, customer and organization.
- Coordinate with overseas if necessary and notify customer the updates.
- Handle report to the customer upon customer’s requirement.
- Attend to customer’s inquiries and request
- Monitor profitability for own responsible shipment.
- Handle discrepancies and irregularities report (if any).
- Co-ordinate with Marketing & Sales to obtain spot quotations
- Actively promote DSV services during customer conversations for value added and increase sale-lead opportunity.
- To correspondents with requests from both overseas / local.
- To perform shipment milestones, update into operating systems (CW1)
- To perform shipments data quality update for achieve country targeted.
