**What you will do;**
- **
Manage, control and monitor the operations of the focus factory under the company general direction of FP&R standard, Quality standard, GMP include C&S, EHS standard, sustainability, code of conduct and financial policy to achieve business requirements, cost standards and quality specification.**
- **
Directs and coordinates the staff functions to outline objectives, clarifies and assigns responsibilities, interprets policies and procedures, coordinates the thinking and adjust differences to promote the staff’s performance at the satisfactory level of responsibility and encourages a climate of continuous improvement by results orientation**
- **
Develops and maintains direct administration of staff policies & procedure concerning their qualifications knowledge skill, EHS, training, career path planning, benefits, compensation, employment status and general behavior**
- **
Coordinates the planned program of the factory operation with other departments, as a part of business unit and keeps the supervisor informed on FF accomplishments and difficulties, significant cost information, important personnel matter and other facts where necessary; recommends any changes or improvement in the basic structure and complement of the organization**
- **
Follows operation closely so as to effect reductions in costs and improvement in quality standards in products. Makes or promotes the development of technical and economic studies to substantiate recommendations to the supervisor on equipment, facilities, methods or general operation**
- **
Directs the preparation of standards for factory activities and is responsible for operation performance controlled by SAP system, Plant Performance Report (PPR) and coordinates to all concerned persons**
- **
Maintains all buildings, equipment and facilities in accordance with company standards**

- **Administers of all policies & procedures related to ER, including the preparation for negotiation of a proper administration of labor contracts to conform with local law, e.g. Labor Law, Sanitation, GMP, ISO, EHS.**

- **Coordinates, directs, implements new product plans; works with other depts. (Engineering, Marketing, Technical, Sales) to ensure that new product plans and delivery schedule are achieved**

- **Develops a career management succession plan for key positions.**

- **Handle or lead other related duties/projects assigned by the immediate manager.**

**Required Qualifications;**
- **
Master or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related fields.**
- **
At least 5 Years of Functional Experience.**
- **
Consumer Goods Industry Experience will be advantaged.**
- **
Project Management Experience.**
- **Working experience in manufacturing business.**

- **Proactive, Initiative, good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.**
- **
**Good command of both spoken & written English.**

***
- **Poficient in using Google tools is preferable. Other computer skills.**
