Our client is the world’s leading manufacturer of standard parts of heavy machinery products for construction and mining developed specifically to support a variety of usage.

**Responsibilities**

Touch point of supporting Sales and Marketing for achieving the company goals by promptly data providing and cooperating with all related departments (internal/ external):

- Facilitating and distributing official Price Lists/ Contracts/ Payment terms/ DBs information periodically.
- Managing and preparing the important data/ information to be kept internally or distributed externally as scheduled.
- Maintaining and providing official data for reference to related departments.
- Monitoring the data summary including Monthly Reports, Weekly reports, Daily reports and significant reports.
- Supporting the senior management team to keep recording and monitoring the achievement of sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
- Preparing reports for all activity metrics and analyzing all results to recommend required improvements in performance.
- Supporting and collaborating with DBs for developing parts business in their particular country.
- Regularly understanding DB/ End user's Market climate and DB company profile by a particular country or for new business initiatives.
- Strengthening business relationships with DB/End-user customers.
- Coordinating with related departments (internal and external).
- Collaborating with Sales and Product Marketing in all existing products to support sales and Distributors for marketing expansion.
- Participating in related meetings on concerning topics.
- Controlling system administrator including P-Mates, P-Wins, and Komtrax registration for internal and external.
- Participating in the improvement/ project training of internal and external.
- Participating in project training or improvement plans.
- Coaching each other and training colleagues in various systems/multi-skills.
- Monitoring the administration job including PR, Billing Reimbursement, Annual souvenirs, etc.
- Monitoring and control the process of each administrator job.
- Creating process flow requirements and analysing all cooperative working of the supply chain team.
- Handling other assignments/ Initiatives projects, Leading and participating in strategic projects.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in a related industry.
- Knowledge of construction business or related.
- Understanding of business strategy planning.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
