- Approaching the universities, building relationships and provide informative materials about the company’s project.
- Attending college career fairs, interact with graduate students and promote the campaign.
- Presenting the company platform and advertise client’s current open vacancies to new graduates.
- Providing advice for new graduates about the career, necessary skills and others to achieve the career goal.
- Coordinating with sales and marketing team to help the new graduates get a job.
- Performing other tasks as the Line Manager assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any related field.
- At least 3-5 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in leading internship programs would be an advantage.
- Well-organized and solid communication skills.
- Good English skills both in communication & writing.
