Our client is a worldwide trading for Electronic consumer (Smartwatch). Now, they're expanding business in Thailand and looking for HR Recruitment to expand their business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling the end-to-end process of recruitment and hiring process.
- Conducting the staff orientation.
- Formulating sourcing strategies for each requisition and developing various sourcing channels, including agencies, job boards, industry referrals, and cold-calling.
- Meeting with Hiring Managers to discuss recruitment needs.
- Assessing and recommending hiring managers with crafting a job description.
- Updating the hiring report and ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Supporting the Senior HR and GA Officer and Country Head of PCTA for job fairs and campus recruitment when necessary.
- Updating and maintaining the personnel records.
- Carrying out other tasks and duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- 24 - 30 years old.
- At least 1-2 years in recruitment function, eCommerce/Digital/IT will be highly preferred.
- Good English skills in both speaking and writing (TOEIC 650+).
- Self-management skills & self-ownership.
- Team player and high level of negotiation and communication skills.
