- **Responsibilities**:

- Assist, support and Coordinate with Management on legal consultancy for international clients.
- Develop and present legal solutions to clients jointly with management consultants.
- Coordinate legal activities between partners and clients.
- Coordinate with / or conduct the full spectrum of negotiations between Thai authorities and clients.
- Support affiliated advisory companies on contract draft and contractual negotiations.
- Assist and advise managing partners surveying deadlines and due terms.
- Assist managing partners on implementation of company processes and rules.

**Requirements**:

- At least 4-6 years of experience in a well-respected law firm.
- Thai Lawyer License is a must.
- Degree in Thai law with excellent grade point.
- Open and proactive personality, polite and friendly appearance.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Chinese literacy skill is preferable (if any).
- Very good organizational and managerial skills.
- Professional communication skills to connect with senior industrial clients.
- Determined mindset and shows persistence to contact potential clients.
