We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager in Thailand (Banking & Payments Sector) to join our talented team of professionals.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and deliver complex programs and projects within the banking and payments sector. You will also be able to work with a diverse and multicultural team in a challenging environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
- Manage risk and issues and proactively identify and mitigate potential problems.
- Define and monitor KPIs, metrics, and deliverables for programs and projects.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize program and project delivery.
- Mentor and coach team members and contribute to their professional development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
