Executive Secretary to C-level Executive

Manage an active and complex calendar of appointments.
Prepare and submit expense reports promptly and accurately, with impeccable attention to detail.
Compose, proofread, and manage confidential correspondence, particularly in the healthcare industry.
Organize intricate travel arrangements, including itineraries, agendas, and travel-related documentation.
Compile materials for executive meetings and presentations to ensure and uphold world-class standards.
Critical Task Management.
Draft acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other key documents to enhance the executive s leadership impact at all levels of the organization.
Manage competing priorities, and resolve issues proactively and effectively, with the ability to think outside the box to ensure the seamless execution of projects under tight deadlines.
What We re Looking For.
Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting C-Level executives.
Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Impeccable attention to detail to ensure the highest quality in all reports, presentations, and communications.
Advanced proficiency in the full suite of O365 software, Canva, as well as industry-standard project management and client relationship tools.
Proven High levels of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information in the healthcare context.
The ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications.
**Education**: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
**Experience**: Minimum of 5 years supporting C-Level executives in a similar capacity (Healthcare preferred).
**Communication**: Expert-level written and verbal English communication skills.
**Organizational Skills**: A proven ability to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
**Interpersonal Skills**: A service-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
**Adaptability**: Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and respond effectively to competing demands within the Thai healthcare industry.
**Problem-solving**: A proactive approach to challenges with strong decision-making skills.
