**Responsibilities**:

- Provides secretarial and administrative task support.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences, ensuring all materials are prepared in advance.
- Track and priorities tasks for the executive team, ensuring deadlines are met, and issues are escalated as necessary.
- Manage executive expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
- Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents and business support task for Purchase requisition, Purchase order etc.
- Handle incoming calls and communications, prioritizing important matters and redirecting as appropriate.
- Assist with preparing and coordinating executive or board meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Maintain databases and records for executive reference and ensure documents and correspondence are handled and filed systematically.
- Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities
- Handle technical issues in their area of expertise
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s or higher in any related field.
- At least 5 years experiences in this role.
- English communication (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing)
- Excellent command skill.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Visibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
- Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with solid planning and organizational capabilities, a bias for action.
- Service mind can work under high pressure and meet deadlines.
- Respectful and possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.
