Be responsible to the production factory (Hub, Bakery Shop), manage expectations, encourage employees motivation and be aware of quality of products from upstream to downstream.
Be an agent of communication internally in terms of policies, practices and changes to Hub & Bakery Shop.
Follow up, inspect, give advices and be a role model for factory manager to ensure the production standard and plan is completely right and deliverable by window time.
Follow up, inspect and give advices on production management, assigned work schedules, manpower management and product quality check to achieve the production plan and establish solutions and technical problems to production manpower.
Follow up, inspect, give advices to increase production efficiency under responsible production factory areas.
Follow up, inspect, give advices on controlling stock of raw materials as well as check quantity and quality. Use the raw materials based on the production formula and FIFO and plan the solutions to production manpower to contract production losses.
Coordinate with store managers, People and Procurement Departments to prepare for raw materials, manpower and work scheduling, machinery and equipment in accordance with production plan.
Train knowledge and skills to production supervisor to have understanding / expertise in the production process to conform the production formula standard including checking product quality to be in accordance with WGLL.
Supervise the production process during first production of NPD to ensure specified quality including food safety.
Follow up, check the cause, find solution and prevent the problem from recurring when the factory receives a customers complaint.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as Production supervisor.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
Expertise in Bakery process.
Trainer skill (Communication, Coaching, Motivation and Team build).
Ability to lead a team.
Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution attributes.
Able to travel as required to responsible Hub & Bakery shop.
Flexible to work long hours as requires to meet project deadlines.
