Business Analytics Manager

For Unilever to remain competitive in the future, the business needs to continue its path to become data intelligent. The Data and Analytics team is responsible for building data, data science and analytics as a core capability to help the business become data intelligent and drive business and organization performance. The team will deliver advanced products at scale and work closely with the market teams to ensure that decisions in Unilever are augmented with insight & recommendations wherever possible.

There are five major themes to the Data and Analytics strategy:
- Deliver Intelligent systems at scale- Winning disproportionately in the Market- Drive Unilever to assisted and predictive decision-making- Make data a true asset- World-class Information

This role is part of the
_UniOps D&A In-Market team in Thailand_ tasked with delivering maximum value from data to drive business and organization performance within each respective market.

Main Purpose of the Job:
This role will need to blend the expertise of Analytics & Data Science with Business Consultancy and Project Management, in driving and leading the development and delivery of data capabilities to fuel analytics.

Key Accountabilities:
- Work with key stakeholders to understand and identify business issues and opportunities, and define technical requirements- Explore and innovate new solutions and capabilities in the areas of data, analytics and AI to address the business issues and opportunities.- Lead the development of product design, business requirements, and benefits identification to feed into the business case.- Lead the development, delivery and deployment of the product or capability.- Support the business in change impact assessment and the delivery of change management to drive the product adoption.- Drive local insights and analyses and / or leading local innovations in analytics and data science

Relevant Experience:
- Have Undergraduate or Masters Degree level qualifications. Preferred (but not a requirement) disciplines include; Operations Research, Economics/Mathematics, Business Studies/MBA, Engineering. Overall experience of 3+ years preferred- Experience in eCommerce analytics (churn, loyalty, shopper behaviour, UI/UX, etc..)-
- Passion for empirical research and for answering hard questions with data- Ability to rapidly connect & match analytics and data products to business needs;- Expert knowledge of an analysis tool such as Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, Python Ability to communicate complex quantitative insights in a precise, and actionable manner
