The role will be supporting the operation side of the business and will primarily be responsible for the success of 3 key sectors, although not limited to, Logistics, Commercial Equipment, and Customer Service.
- ** Strategic Planning**: Developing and execute the strategic plan for operations in Thailand. Aligning the operational strategy with the company's overall objectives and continuously assessing and improving processes to drive operational excellence
- **Logistics Management**:Overseeing end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. Developing and implementing a logistics outsourcing strategy, including the identification, selection, and management of third-party logistics providers (3PLs). Building and maintaining strong relationships with 3PLs to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
- **Customer Service**: Developing and implementing customer service strategies and initiatives to enhance the customer experience across Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei. Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and implementing improvements as necessary.
- **Purchasing and Vendor Management**: Leading the development and execution of effective purchasing strategies, negotiating favorable contracts, and building strong relationships with vendors. Continuously evaluating vendor performance and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
- **Inventory Control**: Implementing effective SI&OP and inventory control practices, including forecasting, demand planning, and optimization techniques. Implementing robust inventory control practices, including accurate demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and effective stock management. Minimizing carrying costs, reducing stockouts, and maintaining optimal inventory levels across all locations.
- **Compliance Management**: Ensuring strict adherence to ISO, IAD, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) standards, as well as EH&S regulations. Establishing and maintaining processes and documentation to support audit compliance in operations across the three countries.
- **Process Improvement**:Continuously evaluate operational processes and identify opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency gains. Implementing best practices and driving process improvement initiatives and streamlining workflows in each country.
- **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**: Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance, track progress, and identify areas for improvement. Providing regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting operational achievements and challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management is preferred.
- Proven minimum of 10 years experience in senior operations management role, has experience in overseeing logistics, customer service, purchasing, inventory control, realty, and facilities management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams across different countries.
- Deep knowledge of supply chain and operations management principles, with the ability to explore best practices, and industry trends, and leverage digitalization and technology for supply chain optimization and process enhancement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach and proficiency in using analytical tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as SAP, ARIBA, and advanced Microsoft Excel, will be an added advantage.
- Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities, negotiate effectively, and manage vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and compliance with EH&S regulations.
