**Reporting and data management**:

- Code and classify incident reports
- Compile monthly safety and wellbeing dashboards
- Analysis of safety and wellbeing trends
- Assisting units in tracking KPIs such as improved reporting targets
- Design and implement customised reports providing inputs to risk assessments, reconfigure databases and test new methodologies for stakeholders.
- ** Systems**:

- Maintain the internal audit system Q-pulse to ensure schedule is maintained across all units in APNA and assisting with close-out of findings, audit notations and any other audit related activities.
- Comply with any applicable licensing and registration requirements
- Maintain confidentially when dealing with data
- Learn internal reporting systems including analytic tools such as PowerBI and actively seek streamlining opportunities
- **Advisory**:

- Solutions focused advice, knowledge of where to find safety and wellbeing related information
- Support bid responses related to safety and wellbeing
- Ensuring content of reports are statistically valid, reliable, and relevant to stakeholders
- **Training**:

- Coordinate safety and wellbeing training and in time, deliver training under guidance of safety and wellbeing managers
- **Role model and culture**:A key collaborator with functional leads to identify efficiencies and opportunities
- Being informed of the risk profile of the business to positively implement change
- Promotion and safety and wellbeing initiatives via various communication methods such as newsletters and yammer
- **Continual improvement**:Identifies and enacts continual improvement for reporting opportunities
- Stakeholder focused and responsive to requests
- Work with Group reporting team to share and explore functionality of reporting, look to be innovative with reporting options
- Bachelor Degree in Occupational health & safety
- Safety certificate and auditor qualification is desirable
- 3-5 years experience in safety with multinational company
- Has an expereinces in collaborative amongst the small safety team and with key stakeholders.
- Able to demonstrating a passion for continual learning and promote the use of global network systems to teams.
- Confidently communicating in a way that is understood and is receptive to the opinion and views of others.
- Willingly work in cooperation with others.
- The ability to produce clear and logical written communication and presentations in English. Excellent skills with Microsoft suite is required, particularly excel.
