- คุณสมบัติพื้นฐาน
- งานประจำ- 8 - 16 ปี- กทม. (ยานนาวา)- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า- 50,000 - 80,000 บาท/เดือน- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Responsible for managing the client requirements and cooperate with local team for the best solutions
- Manage team to support the existing and new clients by developing leads and new opportunities
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients to help them the desired services within the operating specifications i.e. quotations, rate structure, term of payment and etc.
- Give the guidance to the related team to ensure quality and availability of services
- Improve quality of all Product Inspection, Inspection Process and all related services
- Monitor, plan and approve the related budget and report
- Build and deliver an efficient plan to improve our customer service experience
- Support in any sales/marketing activities in order to the revenue growth
- Comply with the safety policies and procedures and continuously promote and satisfy all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) requirements
- Ensure that all business matters are conducted with the highest integrity and in full compliance
- คุณสมบัติ- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or related field- Proven background in dealing with clients in technical service, customer service or customer support in Oil&Gas / Petrochemical Industry- Good in leadership skills, communication skills, problem-solving skills and negotiation skills- Good command in English and Computer literacy- Can work well under high-pressure- Willing to travel occasionally- Posses an own car and driver licenseดูคุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม
