The Technical Service Supervisor is responsible for providing timely facing technical support to both internal sales team and customers to drive business growth.

S/he will be a key member of our Innovation Organization supporting the development, implementation and management of strategies to provide Ingredion with Innovative solution.

Core Responsibilities:

- _ Technical Support _- _Provide daily technical support to customer and local sales through products and process recommendations and trouble shooting.
- _ Product Development _-_ Develop and present prototypes, lab analysis of commercial products and prototypes.
- _ Customer Connectivity _- Participating in lab trials & plant trials at customers’ site.
- _ Knowledge transfer _- Conduct seminars/ training for customers and local Food Ingredients sales team
- _ Project Portfolio Management _- Support Technical Service Manager and local Sales to develop projects in pipeline and ensure alignment of technical support activities for customers.
- _ Safety Mindset _- Actively participate in safety programs and achievement of set targets. Implement and ensure food safety measures in Technical Service Lab, and general upkeep of the laboratory.

Mandatory requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Science related and/or equivalent experience.
- Multi-tasking ability, setting priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Readiness in working style for some offsite and extra working hours.
- Customers-oriented, be able to work under pressure, innovative and problems-solving skills with efficient and logical approach.
- Fluent in English competency.
- High proficiency in computer literacy.

Desirable requirements:

- Working knowledge of specialty sweetener is desirable.
