Key Responsibility
Work closely to support Legal Manager on Legal documentation and proceedings.
Co-ordinate, prepare and draft board minutes, resolutions, PoAs, and other corporate documents.
Keep up-to-date with the changing legislations and law that might impact the business.
Work closely and be a point of contact with external stakeholders on legal matters.
Manage filing system of legal documents.
Follow our Business Code of Conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence.
Other assignment as deems appropriate.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor degree in law.
Minimum 3 years experience as a corporate lawyer.
Experience in company secretary would be an advantage.
Basic understanding of English command.
Good communication skill and be able to communicate legal matters in an easy-to-understand language.
A proactive, professional and flexible approach to work.
Goof command of Microsoft Office.
Hard working, well-organised and attention to detail.
A team player and a self-starter.
Be able to manage multiple demands to meet the expectations of the business and stakeholders.
