About This Opportunity:
The Strategic Accounts Manager will have a diverse role and focus on product and merchant relationships, operations, and project management efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the overall account relationship, launch activities, and distribution execution for partner products. Activities would include execution of initial and ongoing account launches, maximizing opportunities to expand distribution of retail and digital gift products, recommendation of additional account product offerings, engaging accounts in promotional opportunities, and helping drive partner sales growth.

**Your Impact**:As the Strategic Accounts Manager, you will play a vital role in product launches for well-known brands and retailers Thailand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for identifying new potential customers and create a strategic plan to support the launch into this new channels/products
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of strategic merchants and partners’ sales, marketing and operational activities
- Build long lasting relationships and trust with merchants and partners with a view to increasing the InComm market share within the account
- Able to coordinate with cross functional team to complete all assigned projects.
- Good time management to deliver multiple projects at the same time
- Have high accountability and responsibility to follow through each task as well as high ownership of each account
- Support and deliver the business objectives relating to growth, expansion and digital capabilities
- Represent InComm at Quarterly Business Reviews in conjunction with the Thailand Country Manager

Qualifications:

- 3+ years' relevant B2C client facing Account Management and/or Project Management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in business or marketing
- Strong skill in problem-solving & decision making, initiative, analytical & proactive thinking
- Good command of English
- Comfortable to work independently
- Experience within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) is preferred.
