We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bangkok, Thailand. This role involves developing and executing strategies to grow our social media presence, particularly focusing on our AI-generated girl images. You will work closely with our CTO and a team of 5-10 members to create engaging and innovative content that drives engagement and expands our reach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to grow our social media accounts across various platforms.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content, particularly focusing on AI-generated girl images.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive social media strategy that aligns with our brand and objectives.
- Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Engage with our community, respond to comments, and foster positive relationships with our followers.
- Conduct social media audits to identify areas for improvement and implement effective changes.
- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in growing social media accounts with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Strong creative skills with the ability to design visually appealing content.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate ideas and strategies clearly.
- Familiarity with AI-generated content and its implications on social media.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Experience conducting social media audits and implementing strategies based on findings.
- Background in a startup environment or in developing products from an early stage.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media growth (not necessary but ideal).
