Our Commercial Department in Bangkok, Thailand is looking for a highly motivated **Assistant Buyer**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
The role is the key position to work together with Merchandising and Buying Manager to support the business operation particularly in product management.

- Item master creation in SAP system (Twice per year).
- Create itemize new master and promotion report with format from Department store. (Twice per year).
- Provide information new collection to related parties (Twice per year).
- Handle all operational problem throughout the product life cycle.
- Responsible for defective product - identify the problem/ raise the issue / resolve the problem.
- Monitor PLC in the SAP according to the PLC guideline.
- Marketing Sample in new collection management and clearing expense document to related parties.
- Paper tag & Pad Print checking and provide information on papertag to regional.
- Manage and control on price adjustment process (Planning/collaborate/provide information and prepare the price sticker).
- Prepare report on regular basis such as product & sales performance format, promotional tracking and SKU reduction.
- Co-operation with sales department to drive sales against sales target.
- Provide others operation support as request (documents with movement products,Event, product information translation).

**Your ideal profile**:

- Minimum 3 years working experience in brand management.
- Enthusiastic, structured, priority focused & organized, self-disciplined, pro-active, and open minded.
- Outgoing and reliable personality.
- Basic English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong analytical, planning and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to make decisive decisions.
- Self
- motivation and able to work independently under pressure with tight deadline.
