Sr. Sales and Account Management

(Senior) Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving individual and team’s respective assigned sales target while maintain highest customer services. He/she is responsible for serving major travel agents with disperse multiple locations in Thailand. He/she will develop sales and execute the business opportunities with individual major wholesaler for sales increment and market share. He/she will play in marketing mix to serve customer needs and compete with competitor.- Responsible for achieving respective assigned sales target.- Build relationship with travel agents to have unlevel playing field- Supervise, coach and lead the sales people- Finding and cultivating new customers- Execute opportunities with individual travel agents or major wholesaler for sales increment and business expansion.- Identify and execute opportunities for expansion into new business areas that the company is not yet active.- Preparing the sales forecast and customers visiting report and market update reports- Aid in statistic/data-gathering of Aid in statistic/data-gathering of booking performance, market share, incentive contract/payment report as well as promotion and submitting report of prize/payment to travel agents joining promotion, including allocating and distributing prize to travel agents- Preparation of sales and marketing statistics and reports- Work for assigned projects
Job Requirement- University Graduate- Male/Female- 3-5 years' experience in sales and marketing- Airline or travel industry experience- Good GDS functionality, possess of fare and ticket knowledge.- Good ability of analysis, planning, management and sales team building to reach sales goal.- Good Command of both written and spoken English- Computer literacy- Good relationship and able to work under pressure.- High degree of responsibility and able to work independent.- Able to handle multiple tasks under pressure in a busy environment.- To work within the team and with other department.
